The Pontchartrain Surgery Center contacted the Spartan Building Corporation and architect Kirk Gastinger to create the West Bank Surgery Center in Marrero, Louisiana. The state-of-the-art freestanding ambulatory surgery center with three surgical suites was completed in July 2009.
