The St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce, founded in 1963, promotes, supports, and advocates for over 1,000 businesses. The organization needed a new office building and contacted Spartan Building Corporation and the architecture firm John T. Campo and Associates. The building project was completed in March 2005.
