Since opening in 2014, the edgy, urban restaurant Johnny Sanchez has served Mexican cuisine to New Orleans’ Central Business District. RGB Hospitality and Aaron Sanchez contacted Spartan Building Corporation to construct the 130-seat space. Designer Curtis Herring Interiors added wrought iron and steel finishing touches to bring the architecture and atmosphere together.
