The Covington Trailhead project was a great success for Spartan Building Corporation and a benefit to the community. The project included a new Visitor’s Center with a large clock tower, an Exhibit Hall, a small movie theater, and a bandstand with a shaded audience area. Additionally, the Covington Trailhead has open pavilions for farmer’s markets and other activities.
